What is a free standing emergency center?

A state regulated and fully credentialed emergency center that provides immediate treatment for life threatening conditions, common illnesses, simple accidents, and complex injuries.

What services do you provide?

We treat a variety of common illnesses and many simple injuries. We also provide numerous specialized services including X-ray, CT scan, EKG, ultrasound, clinical observation, casting, suturing, burns dressing, and wound cleaning with antisepsis.

When are you open?

Our ER is open daily Monday – Sunday 24 hours a day.We are here for you all day, every day, including holidays and weekends.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment needed. Walk-ins are most welcome. Just come in and be seen.

Do you treat children?

Yes. All of our emergency room physicians are trained to treat both adult and pediatric patients. We also have a special pediatric room that makes a visit more comfortable.

Why use a free standing emergency center?

Because primary care offices are often overbooked thus causing needless delays and worsening illnesses. Also, hospital based emergency centers can have significant wait times of up to several hours which in the case of an acute condition needs immediate attention. Our ER is here to meet those needs by providing convenient, fast, and easy access.

What types of insurances do you accept?

We accept most major private insurances.

Do you have a cash pay option?

Yes, we have a highly affordable cash pay option or discounted self-pay option. In each case, lower out-of-pocket expenses put much-needed healthcare within your reach.

What about questions regarding my bill?

Please call us at 832-230-1284 where we will promptly answer your questions. With regular changes being made to health insurance, we certainly understand that medical bills can be a difficult process. Therefore, we are here to alleviate your concerns and to find the best solution for you. We promise that we will not pursue collections against you or report unpaid charges to credit agencies. We want to serve you fairly, transparently, and honestly.

Do you refer to specialists?

Yes, we refer to many different specialists depending upon the condition. When a hospital stay is required, we have transfer agreements with conveniently located facilities of your choice. We will guide you through the entire process to make it a seamless experience.

What do I need to bring to the ER?

Please bring a valid form of government issued ID such as a driver’s license, resident alien card, or passport. For the insured, please also bring the insurance ID card. If no insurance card is available, in most cases, you can log- in to your insurance company’s website and obtain a copy of your card.
